Hello Hello has built a unique delivery service, and the idea behind it is to give people across
most of Victoria access to the Victorian and really the Australian nursery industry, which is
one of the most vital in the world.

There are small nurseries scattered all over the place, down back roads, in Traralgon, and
across regional areas, and what we’ve done is create a system that connects all of them.

We offer free delivery across most of Victoria, and while our vans are out delivering, they’re also
picking up plants. So we’re constantly delivering and collecting, which means you get access to
a bigger and better range of plants with Hello Hello than any other nursery.

We’re all over Victoria. We go to places like Bairnsdale every couple of weeks to pick up
unusual natives. We go to Traralgon and across Gippsland to source the very best maples and
other specialty plants.

When you visit our Hello Hello website, you’ll see an incredible range of stock,
and the reason we can offer that is because our vans are constantly travelling and sourcing
from all over the state.

Now, sometimes delivery can go wrong, someone might receive the wrong plant, for example.
But because we’re everywhere all the time, we’re able to fix those issues quickly. We pride
ourselves on being number one not just in plant delivery across Victoria, but also in resolving
any problems or complaints.

Plants are a complex product, and occasionally issues can happen, but when they do, we are
very fast to fix them.

Every single day, seven days a week, we deliver over 100 orders. These orders can range
from just two or three plants to thousands of plants in one delivery.

Our staff are not just delivering packages, they are specifically trained to handle plants.
Our vans are fully equipped for plant transport. We know how to water them before they go out,
how to care for them in transit, and how to deliver them properly.

Over the years, we’ve likely delivered more than a million orders of plants.
Delivering plants is our specialty.

With the current fuel situation and the push for Australians to conserve fuel, our delivery model
also makes a lot of sense.

For example, if you lived in Traralgon and decided to drive to a nursery, it might cost you
$50 or $60 in fuel for a round trip. You’re absolutely welcome to do that, it’s a great experience,
but if you’re looking to conserve fuel, our system is far more efficient.

One of our vans might use $60 worth of fuel to travel to Traralgon and back, but along the way,
it could deliver 25 to 30 orders. That means instead of $50 or $60 of fuel being used
for a single order, it’s only a couple of dollars worth of fuel per delivery.

So by choosing delivery, you’re actually helping conserve fuel for all of Australia.
