| Description | Callistemon viminalis
Slim Callistemons will offer gardeners a gorgeous flowering bottlebrush that is perfect in tight planting areas such as thin garden beds or along a fence line. This bottlebrush will grow to approximately 3m tall.
Slim is ideal as a hedge or privacy screen. This plant is very frost tolerant. Best placed in a position of full sun or partial shade. Thrives in most soil types. | Lavandula angustifolia
Traditionally English Lavender was grown for its heavenly fragrance, used in oils and potpourri.
• Small, slender blue-ish purple flowers on tall stems above the foliage
• Grown in pots, as a hedge or in the cottage garden to attract bees and butterflies
• Tolerates drought and dry conditions, preferring well drained soils
6"/14cm pot | Rosmarinus officinalis
Prostrate or Creeping Rosemary is a fast growing, hardy perennial shrub. It has the same attractive flowers and classic aroma as common rosemary, but grows low and spreading along the ground, making it an excellent ground cover, and is great to use in rock gardens or at the edge of large containers or in hanging baskets.
Prostrate Rosemary loves moist, well drained soil, and full sun. However it will tolerate some short dry spells. Not only is this plant handy for the kitchen garden, it looks stunning as well! |
