DescriptionLemon Balm, A clump-forming perennial that can grow up to 3ft tall. It looks very similar to mint in appearance, but it is not as invasive and easier to control. Lemon Balm has a delicate flowery lemon flavour and has a wide variety of uses. The fresh leaves can be used as a garnish for drinks, desserts and savoury dishes. It adds zing to fruit salads, garden salads, fruit drinks and punch, sorbet, herb butters, dressing and sauces. Lemon balm butter with a little pepper added goes well with corn, broccoli, beans and asparagus. Use in marinades or sauces to accompany fish or chicken. 4" pot size.Eucalyptus pauciflora  Commonly known as: Snow gum, Cabbage gum or White Sally. The Snow Gum is a white trunked beauty and is recognizable by its wonderful twisted growing habit, which originates from the tree's coping mechanism for loads of snow in its native Aussie alpine home. It produces white flowers in spring/summer.

Grevillea alpina x rosmarinifolia

Bright orange, scarlet and gold clusters weigh down the ends of the stems of dark green foliage. Spinebills especially love it and it’s a sight to see them hovering at the nectar-rich flowers. Add to all that a small compact habit that is perfect for containers, mixed beds, borders and edging, and for real drama, mass planting ~ and the boxes are all ticked. Provide full sun or light shade and well drained friable soils, and Grevillea Charlie’s Angel will grow in cool temperate to semi arid climates; light to moderate frost won’t be a problem, and coastal gardens will also suit. 6''/14cm pot
