| Description | Cercis canadensis alba
Cercis 'White Eastern Redbud' is a large, spreading Redbud with rich, dark green leaves with a tinge of blue in the summer. In the autumn the leaves turn yellow and fall, leaving bare branches, ready for the spring blossom of which it becomes covered in clusters of pure white flowers.

The Manna Gum has drooping, willow like branches and narrow leaves, with white flowers in Spring and Summer. As its bark sheds it exudes a sweet, edible bush tucker.

Traditionally English Lavender was grown for its heavenly fragrance, used in oils and potpourri.
