| Description | Magnolia grandiflora 'MGTIG'  Greenback®
Greenback® Magnolias are a Magnolia with a difference. Unlike its cousins, this large growing specimen does not have the velvety brown underside on its leaves and instead sports a soft green, hence the name 'Greenback'
Magnolia Greenback®, being one of the largest in the family, make wonderful dense hedging and screening or large shade and feature trees. They tolerate a wide range of conditions including heat, poor soils and some mild coastal conditions. During the warmer months the occasional large, white fragrant Magnolia flower will make an appearance on the tips of the branches.

Curly Shirley Robinia is a unique tree with beautiful curly branches that stays small, and grows into an artistic living sculpture. It's easily kept to a height of 2-3 meters, suits large pots or tubs, and is also at home as a small feature tree in the garden. Its curly branches are covered in spring foliage which is also curly, and it then blooms lovely white wisteria-like flowers. Deciduous, Curly Shirley's autumn colour is a lovely yellow, similar to the popular Golden Robinia, and its winter bareness reveal its beautiful contorted branches. |
